Executive Director, Human Rights Officer, Grants Program Officer, Trainer / Mediator, Communications and Outreach Officer, Community Development Specialist, Access and Equity Program Developer / Manager, and Advocate, in 2009 Sue conceived Healthy Hive Consulting – a unique intersectoral, multi-service consultancy.

Sue is a Sessional Professor at Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) in the Peace Skills Degree Program and an Associate Trainer / Workplace Mediator for Mediation Services (MS). Currently at MS Sue is Lead Trainer for: Cultural Diversity, Communication and Conflict, Adapting to Change, and Assertive Communication.
